Available positions:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate (night and day) receptionist to join our team.
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome experience from the moment they arrive.
You will be responsible for managing reservations, checking in and checking out guests, as well as providing information on hotel services and local attractions.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and register customers in a cordial and efficient manner.
- Manage reservations by phone, email and in person.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
- Manage payments and billings accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at reception.
**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of French and English. Dutch is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Mastery of hotel management software (e.g. Opera).
- Customer service oriented, with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
